MeetSchools is hiring senior career counsellors for parents of Class IX–XII students. Salaried, capped per region, structured 60-minute sessions, written action plans, no coaching upsells. 10+ years one-on-one counselling
We hire counsellors who've already counselled hundreds of families — not generalist career coaches. If you're starting out, this isn't the role for you yet.
Strong on one or two pathways
Depth beats breadth. Tell us where you go deepest — IB Diploma, JEE-track engineering, US undergrad, stream selection — and we'll route the families that fit.
Honest about what you don't know
We tell parents we won't sell them coaching they don't need. We expect the same from counsellors — say so when a question is outside your wheelhouse.
