Every product call gets resolved by asking what a worried parent shortlisting on a Sunday evening would want. Not what a school's marketing team would want.
Editorial > engagement
We optimise for trust, not time-on-site. Slower decisions are fine. Wrong decisions are not.
Small teams, owned outcomes
You ship the thing end-to-end — design, code, copy, the email to the school owner. Less hand-off, more accountability.
Calm by design
No 11pm Slacks. No 'urgent' that isn't actually urgent. We work hours that let you pick up your kid from school.
